Happy (almost) New Year! Can you believe 2018 is over?! I’m incredibly humbled by this year and continually grateful for all the things that have happened this year. For the first time in a long time, I’m not setting any expectations or resolutions for the new year. Are you into resolutions? What are your goals for 2019?

I am prepped and ready to make some changes to my diet, because not being able to workout like I’m used to and the holidays have really taken a toll on my nutrition. Guess what?! I struggle to make healthy choices sometimes, and lately I’ve really been putting my own health on the back burner. I’m ready to make some changes and I’d love to have you along for the ride! Want to join me for Whole30? Or are you interested in a ton of gluten/grain free, dairy free, whole food recipes?

If you know me at all you know I typically take a pretty strong stance against diets/cleanses/resets/detoxes, but one thing I can get behind is a whole food focus, and Whole30 is exactly that. Thirty days of gluten free, dairy free, whole foods, with no chemical crap?! Yes, yes, and yes! In order to make my own life easier (and yours) I created an 80 page ebook with 5 full weeks of meals, grocery lists and over 50 dairy free, gluten free, grain free recipes. You can buy and download a copy here, for about what you’d spend on a manicure.

I highly recommend you pick up a copy of “It Starts with Food” and get to reading it ASAP. The “Whole30 Day by Day” notebook was super helpful for my first time through. Another key is having an accountability buddy. I would have never survived the first time through, if not for my girl Jess. She was a lifesaver at talking me off the chocolate ledge, daily.

I know how daunting it can be to stick to a meal plan so I created this plan and my 30 day F.I.T. Challenge. I’m offering a huge discount on my virtual personal training and throwing in a copy of either the Whole30 plan or my F.I.T. Challenge plan through January 15th, 2019. Leave your email in the purchase notes and I’ll reach out to discuss options with you. There’s never been a better time to take charge of your health.

Thank you so much for all of your support in 2018. Wishing you all a happy and healthy 2019!
