Hi! Just popping in to let you know that I’m launching a free two week workout challenge starting on Monday February 4th. Inside this free download you’ll find 8 workouts, a bunch of recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner and so much more! I’m so excited for you guys to see this, and I’ve been hard at work making it perfect. It’s my passion to bring fitness to as many people as possible, and I hope to release more free challenges like this one a couple of times a year.

Are you a fan of Valentines day? Honestly it’s never been my favorite ‘holiday’ but the last few years I’ve really embraced it. I love doing small acts of kindness for others, whipping up a batch of homemade truffles for friends and spending time with my loved ones. You don’t need to buy roses, spring for jewelry or go out to a fancy dinner to show someone you love them. I do love springing for a fancy bottle of wine and making a fancy pants dinner at home though, if only someone could come in and do the dishes afterwords.
