Hi! Can you believe it’s February 1st?! It’s the shortest month of the year and it’s jam packed with holidays and events. The Superbowl kicks things off this weekend, and I’ll be sharing some healthier snacks perfect for the big game. Be sure to check back for those. There’s also Chinese New Year, National Freedom Day, Groundhog Day, Valentine’s Day, President’s Day, Mardi Gras, and Ash Wednesday! Did you know it’s also Black History Month, American Heart Month, Chocolate Lover’s Month, National Bird Feeding Month AND National Dental Month?! That’s a lot of things to pack into 28 days.

Valentine’s day is a day for couples, there’s no doubt about that, but it’s also the perfect time to show your friends, family and a even your neighbors a little love! Whip up a batch of avocado truffles, print and share my Valentine’s Day cards, or tell someone they are special and you appreciate them. There are so many ways to show love!
