A full week of free workouts just because I believe fitness should be accessible to everyone! These workouts have names like Monday Motivator and Flex It Friday, you can do these workouts any day of the week.
You’ll need a resistance tube, a mini loop resistance band, plus a yoga mat or large towel and optional jump rope. No gym, no problem! I love these workouts if I’m traveling or unable to get to the gym. I also recommend you download a gym timer app like GymBoss.
Whether you’re a new mom, busy professional or always on the go, these workouts are designed to fit your schedule. They take just 10-20 minutes each! You have the option to customize them to fit your needs.
